I just came across this wonderful WP plugin
called WP Ever Link!

It's better than any usual WP shortener or link cloaker I've ever seen. :)

It allows you to have a backup link once the original link is down..
and this is very cool - it sends a notification email to you once your link is down!

So you'll never have a problem once your link is published in PDFs, blogs, articles,
YouTube videos, etc... 

You can change the links anytime.

This is a BIG time saver plus it always make sure your links are working
whenever they were used...even years ago!
