I've been quite for the last couple of days, testing and testing new
products, and here's one I came across:

Auto Commission Suite

It allows using their hosting and domain to host & integrate quite
some interesting squeeze pages.

You'll then use the generated pages to collect your leads with 
preferably solo ad traffic (which is the fastest way to get leads with).

The integration is done through GetResponse 
and I understand why - because you're going to get 45 emails
automatically created for you with the GetResponse's API.

GetResponse API is much more flexible in these kind of products
than AWeber for example (I use both.)

So basically you don't need your web hosting, your domain,
only the autoresponder and you need to pay for the traffic.

You have many designs to choose from! There are also
timers integrated in them....that's a cool feature.
